FAQ

My order hasn't arrived. Why?

When your order is dispatched, you will have gotten an Australia Post tracking number. Once the package passes through customs in your country, it will be trackable on your domestic postal service.

If it's still in transit - don't panic! COVID has put a serious strain on postal services worldwide. Some services are unpredictable at the best of times. If you foresee an issue - contact them.

If the package is marked as "Delivered", and is not with you - also take it up with your local postal service. If you feel the answer isn't satisfactory, let us know.


My item has arrived damaged. What can I do?

Typically, your domestic postal service is the first port of call here also. If they do not provide a satisfactory answer - contact us, we will do our best to investigate.


Where are you posting from?

Sydney, Australia. Postage is an unpredictable beast. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
